LaToya Fleming is the founder of LF Council, a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and connection.
With a passion for service, mentorship, and community development, LaToya created LF Council to help bridge gaps and build pathways of opportunity for the next generation.
